Fee delegation can't totally hide blockchain interaction. For instance, it will still require users to sign off transaction. However, with fee delegation, users would be able to send transaction without holding crypto for tx fees.

If you want blockchain to be completely hidden from users, you would need fee delgetaion and key custodian implemented within a centralized platform.
